As the name „Chiaroscuro“ suggests, a strong light-dark contrast characterises the design of the chair. Plywood elements have been coloured matt black on the top and bottom, while the plywood is visible on the sides. The armrests have a slight slope to increase comfort when sitting. These are each stabilised with 2 metal rails. To further improve ergonomics, the seat and backrest are slightly curved. The legs of the solid oak chair are also finished in matt black and are fixed to the underside of the seat using blackened aluminium elements with screws.
